Who am I?

Hi there! My name is Cory and I’m a seasoned game developer actively looking for my next opportunity! I have three years of professional experience as a game engineer, three years of formal programming education and have been a part of one major shipped title as a lead gameplay engineer. I would be happy to contribute to a project in a variety of disciplines including gameplay/content design and programming, level design, game testing or narrative design/development. My experience is primarily in C# and Unity Engine, though I also have education and experience in C++, and Java. I’m couldn’t be more excited about the prospect of joining a team of talented developers to tackle new challenges and to create captivating experiences!

The Alchemist’s Apprentice

Short gameplay showcase of my first ever Unity game I spent a year developing when I began learning game development in 2021: a charming 3rd person fantasy game, with elements of alchemy and magic. I designed, built and programmed everything here. Heavily inspired by Fable and old school RPGs, the features of this game include: a turn based battling system, dialogue system, voice acting, quests, inventory system, leveling system, crafting, skills and abilities.

Currently located in St. Louis, MO. Open for remote work or relocation.
